Study of Lattice Parameter and Nanoparticle Size in Lead Chalcogenides (PbX, X= S, Se and Te)

Abstract


In the present paper, the structural and electronic properties have been studied with help of thermodynamic parameter. The lattice parameter and nanoparticle size in lead chalcogenides [(PbX, X=S, Se and Te)] are calculated with help of fitting parameter under the effect of temperature. The calculated values are close agreement with the experimental results.
