Rohit Chamoli, Nitul Sharma Sharma

Abstract

Flow cytometry is a technique of quantitative of single cell analysis in a clinical malagancies. It mainly work to process of thousand of cells in a few seconds. The main application of flow cytometry in to analyze clinical oncology malaganicies as well as hematological malagancies. Flow cytometry is main important role to analyze the different type of cell in a mixture. The main focuses to analyze the cancer cells by the help of flow cytometry. The Important clinical function of flow cytometry is help to analyze the oncology part of cancer cell is to analyze viability of CD45,CD34,TLC,WBC, and whole body part of CBC(Complete Blood Count ) by the help of different Flurochromes. The clinical manifestion role of flow cytometry is to analyze the various medical field of histopathology, hematology and oncology and main role of flow cytometry in the immunophenotyping to diagnose a various diseases. These classification has a multiparametric approach to analyze the mrphogenetic, genotypic, feature of cancer cells and clonal selection of oncology genes. Keywords: Flow cytometry, Hematology,Histopathology, Oncology
