Synthesis and Characterization of Nickel Doped BFO Nanoparticles

Abstract


In the present, work we have synthesized the pure and Nickle doped bismuth ferrite at different concentration by the chemical route method. Increasing in the doping concentration leads to generation of secondary phase, thus dopant concentration is maintained to 5mol%. XRD was used to confirm the phases transformation of nanocrystalline composite materials along with measurement of the crystallite size. Scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) was used to study the morphological properties and vibration values of bonds of metal-oxygen coordination were obtained by using FTIR.
