Synthesis & Characterization of ZnSe/CdSe/ZnS Nano-particles embedded in Polymer matrix- A Review

Abstract


The main purpose of this review is to highlight the present state of knowledge in synthesis, characterization, optical properties, challenges, and potential applications for the most common ZnSe/CdSe/ZnS: PVA polymer nanocomposites, utilizing these nanoscale materials for the application in optical field are being used numerously. The major impact is done on the research already done and being done from nanomaterial to nanocomposites since there has been a revived interest in these materials. This entire review work will be able to provide a good understanding of subject and is helpful, while selecting the research problem. Together with this literature review covering almost all said materials makes familiar with all relevant phenomenons at nanoscale and will help to achieve new insights into it and would be more beneficial to design further research work.
