The new method of composite materials production

Abstract


The existing methods for production, for example, polymer composite materials: the pressing (direct, injection, profile), the injection molding (injection, intrusion, centrifugal molding, and autoclaving), the extrusion, the pultrusion, the contact molding, the winding, vacuum molding and pneumatic molding do not permit to reach the main goal of the production of unique composite materials with a basis (matrix) filled by uniformly distributed filler (armoured element), having high strength and rigidity. The paper presents the new development method of composite materials production, in which this main goal is achieved by using the property of weightlessness isotropy and the action of inertial force in the space flight conditions.
