The uniform fully dense ceramics processing

M. Shoikhedbrod

Abstract

Primary task in the process of advanced ceramics production is ceramic mixture with the uniform distribution of the densities of the components of this mixture.
One of the stages of the process of advanced ceramics production the mixing is main instrument for the solution of this task.
The existing methods of mixing do not permit in the sufficient form to produce uniform fully dense ceramics.
This paper represents the application of vibration influence on the components of ceramic mixture in the regime of the process of vibroturbulization for preparing ceramic mixture with the uniform distribution of the densities of these components during of the mixing stage of whole process of ceramics production that permits to produce the advanced ceramics.
