Abstract

Spintronic information technology has been reviewed in this article to deliver, store, and process data. Ordered ferromagnetic dopant atom/molecule has induced to accuse filter out electrons based on the spin in place of charge thereby heating effect has reduced. Fabrication of magnetic nanomaterial to sandwich non-magnetic nano-matter has been studied for fast information accession as of the intrinsic spin degree of freedom from spin-valves. The filter has been selective to accuse spin originated filtration whence spin current rating as from any secular element form. Conclusive localization/delocalization of molecular hybridization has schemed without change in overall magnetic moment. Graphene nano-disc in the leaded state as heat originated spin bounce/damp/sink to act as spin filters subjectively to substitute basic devices like logic gates. Piezoelectricmagnetostrictive hetero-straintronics interface nano-layer. The magnetic-electric appliance has reduced power consumption in condensed matter studies to allow computation and communication originator valve, sensor, and switches.
