The advanced composite materials production by new method using the process of vibro-turbulization
Abstract
Typically, the methods of composite materials production, such as epoxy bases, include preparing a binder by mixing a hardener, a solvent and an epoxy resin, infusing a fibrous or powder filler with a binder, and hardening by heating under pressure. These methods do not permit to reach the main goal of the production of advanced composite materials with a basis (matrix) filled by uniformly dvistributed fibrous or powder filler (armoured element), having high strength and rigidity. The paper presents the new development method of advanced composite materials production, in which this main goal is achieved by using the process of vibro - turbulization.References
