Model of Polarization on Ferroelectric Materials upon the Influence of Electric Field

C. P Ukpaka

Abstract

Mathematical model was developed to monitor, predict and simulate ferroelectric materials upon the influence of electric field. The developed model was applied using different materials of ferroelectric such as BaTio3, PbTiO3, lead Zirconate, titanate (PZT), triglycine sulphate, PVDF, lithium tantalite. The results obtained revealed that the utilizing and in terms of polarization and voltage relationship either increases or decrease before increasing at the end of process to form a loop. The developed model was simulated using MATLAB R 2016a % to determine the effects of electric field through applied voltage on the polarization of ferroelectric material (PVDF) and the result obtained demonstrates significant effect on the system indicating the usefulness of this research. Key words: Model, polarization, ferroelecrtic Materials, influence, electric Field
