An Overall Review on Vesicular Drug Delivery System for Improved Skin Permeation

Abbaraju Krishna Sailaja, Moguloori Sai Sowmya

Abstract

The main objective of a vesicular drug delivery system is to enhance medication bioavailability in systemic circulations. The non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, anti-psoriatic drugs and for the topical drugs vesicular drug delivery system is considered as most effective approach to attain local effect as well as systemic effect. The significance and applicability of vesicular drug delivery systems were examined in depth in this article.

Keywords
