Nanotechnology: A Technology Innovation at Nanoscale

Mohit Pawar, Khushi Bisht, Saurabh Agarwal

Abstract

Nanotechnology is a field of research and technology which is mainly concerned with developing ‘things’ – mainly, devices as well as objects - at the measuring scale of atoms and molecules. The Nanotechnology is useful to broadly improve, even revolutionize, many technological as well as industrial sectors such as environmental science, medicines, homeland securities and food safety, information technology, etc. Nanotechnology plays an important in the deep study and progress of various subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, the science of materials and biotechnology in building the novel materials and the objects which have several types of unique properties as the structures of the materials are determined based on the nanometer scale. There are different types of applications of Nanotechnology in various fields of research and innovation some of which are discussed in the paper below.
