Photon assisted Bio Nanopolymers for applications of drug delivery, diagnosis & would healing

Gizachew Diga Milki

Abstract

Biopolymers are valuable complex materials. They attract attentions of many scientists, engineers, and medical professionals’ for application research. The focus of this research is a base line assessment of valuable Nanosized biopolymers, Chitosan. As ordinary polymers, nano sized biopolymers are visualized as natural and synthetic polymers. Hence, systematic descriptions of nanosized biopolymers, the synthesis methods, characterization methods, and biomedical application will be presented. In this regard, the photon activated green synthesis of Chitosan nano particles is illustrated. The effect of Photon on the crystallographic bond of Chitosan and degradations of solid edible fungi in the green synthesis process is presented. Hence, the effect of Photon of optimum energy on producing instability and breaking the bond between Chitosan functional group is presented. Properties such biodegradations, biocompatibility, photo catalytic activity, sensitivity, and fluorescence of Nano size biopolymer is reviewed. Due to its peculiar physio - chemical properties, such electrical and thermal stability, Chitosan is preferred in biomedical applications as diagnosis, cell/tissue imaging and soft tissue imaging, therapy, wound healing, and nano carrier of drug delivery. Theoretically, the drug delivery and Kinesis processes are determined translational and rotational vibrations caused by angular momenta of hydroxyl bond in the functional group.
