Bio synthesis and characterization of Gold Nanoparticles

Abstract

Colloidal Gold has attained much attention in global nanotechnology market due to valuable application in biomedical, electronics and other field as well as are being widely used as Antimicrobial agents. In this research work Gold nanoparticle suspension has been synthesized by bio synthesis method using bamboo leaves and formation of colloidal gold has been confirmed by different characterization techniques UV visible spectroscopy, FTIR and DLS.
